Dennis Maxwell attempted to scam my wife and I by trying to sell a home he does not own.
He signed deed AS "Owner" of the property and after my wife and I found out he never filed the deed, we did some researching only to find out he is NOT the owner and no where is his name attached to the property.
We noticed this after 30k later, we stopped paying and he attempted to evict us!..LOL He lost that case, and now we are fighting this foreclosure. Beware of Dennis Maxwell, don't become another victim like us!
