Diane Kelley is making a huge mistake in this case. Diane Kelley's 730 report was flawed with inaccuracies, misquotes, and missing data. She is antiquated to the point she doesn't even record notes, she has a scratch paper! She appears to only be after the dollars, not the truth. She does child custody work for the Torrance court system. Diane Kelley does not need to be doing child custody work for anyone. This dad was convicted of Domestic Violence and has two restraining orders against him, yet she recommended a detailed visitation plan right out of a text book for him.
And the Torrance Family Court run by Commissioner John Slawson did nothing!
