Dylan, I forgive you for the crimes you have commited against me. Please leave me alone, you have forced me to sleep with a gun by my bedside and constantly looking over my shoulder and living my life in fear of my saftey and that of my child and wife. I broke down and cried after you left the court room for the restraining order that I filed agaisnt you.

I now have to sell my home to pay bills, I cant make ends meet. I have been late on every mortgage payment since you took my money. My wife needs physical therapy which costs $600 per hour. I have to start my life over from square one.

I pray for you constantly and trusting God to save you from your addictions, I'm moving on with my life, I trust that you can as well. Please dont come after me, I have a mountain of information, I dont want to use it, please dont make me use it. 

As of this moment I will not be suing you (you dont have the money to pay me anyways and it would be a big waste of my time) please dont do anything to change this delicate state of affairs.

And if you decide to sue me for "defamation of character" you have to prove malice, which you can't, and all the info that I have will be placed into the record, permanently, for the world to see. And on the 0.001 percent chance that you win, I also have no money. It would be a giant waste of time for both of us.

My wife works for a lawyer and he will work my case pro bono, you on the other hand will have to pay up front (no laywer in his right mind would work for you without getting paid up front, I bring to your memory the different lawyers you got for the 5+ lawsuits against you)

 Daniel Powell who wrote this about me is a dangerously unstable man. He has threatened me numerous times and authored a fake website in my name causing hundreds if thousands of dollars in damages and damage to my family. He is religious fanatic and extremist. that cant be trusted.

He does incredibly shoddy work and cost me many thousands of dollars in lost time, money and project slow downs He operates several companies. Do not trust this man under any circumstances. Stay clear of him and his church.
