this auto dealer sells lemons and and preys on people that cant get other auto financing. they mislead and straight lie to their customers. they dont take responibility for their misgivings. once you leave the lot they wipe their hands of you. they only way they fix anything is only after they are reported and forced to. and if u tell them its a lemon and u want ur money back they tell you the only thing they can do for u is let u take a repo on ur credit n they will put u in another lemon!!...PLEASE!!! BE AWARE!! they do bad business and are not trust worthy people.. they truely are the example of what gives used car dealers a bad name.

 lady ali , i am sorry for what you have gone thru in your situation. hope you learned a valuable lesson. I know that I sure did.

Im sorry ken, did I do business with you? because for a year the only the only people I dealt with was Mohammad Bashar, and another guy whos name was not ken. and a older man who was there almost every night while I was sitting there waiting for my car to be fix until 900 at night. were you there when I was told to take the truck for 7 days if you dont want it bring it back and I brought it back in 2 days? were you there when I left my car for 2 weeks and was told it was fixed and had to leave it again and again and come back day after day? were you there when MO scrapped the sign off the window and threw it away. were you there when I was given a loaner because I picked my car up from a shop that they sent it to 3 times did not fix it. were you there when your buddies told me it was fixed and as I pulled out into the intersection it stopped almost causing a accident. Im sorry if I do not remember you. Unless you were the nice guy that spoke to my husband and I several night. but that dont sound like you. It took me 10 months to get easy finance auto to help with the 1000.00 and as advised by the Attorney General Fraud Department I offered a thank you email for everyones co-operation. The car ran good for another couple weeks and then something else . and this month another major repair. So excuse me if I take it personal that for 10 months made payments on a car that was crap. My origional reports stand and will continue to stay. I have about 100 pages of paperwork that say that the truck easy finance auto sold me and repeatedly tried to work on themselves for about 2 months before sending it to a real shop was a lemon, a piece of crap and unsafe to drive. so far everyone and public the car I bought from easy finance auto last october has had 6000.00 worth of work on it and still needs more. These are all facts. Mostely thanks to the shop its at now and thanks to the warranty company who split most of cost of repairs were talking 3000.00 almost each with easy auto putting in 1000.00. My as is Box is not checked. my sign was ripped off the warranty company stepped up . The issue was everyone else but you. But I sure do remember all the Promises and slick talk when I put that 1000.00 in your had Mohammed Bashar.

My reports have nothing to do with this Report but since you felt the need to post my personal work and numbers you should have posted it on my actual report which has been there since feb.

My reports with the Attorney general still stand with the fraud department.so you should post the email i sent recently to everyone saying that the efforts were useless because the car is still not safe to run. In Fact I recieved another call from Mr ligocki from the Fraud department asking me for more details on your business and what was going on. My reports with the BBB still stand. I still have a sign  that says EASY FINANCE SOLD ME THIS LEMON. I also have 2 stetements from 2 shops that say Easy finance auto has sent them plenty of LEMONS AND HAVE PLENTY OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. SO MUCH THAT THEY NO LONGER WILL TOUCH ANY OF YOUR CARS. 2 OTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. TMARTIN AND TLEE. AND I HAVE A COUPLE OTHERS TOO. TOO BAD I COULDNT WARN THEM. I also have a report to credit acceptance for you leading them to believe that you were sending out a good car after them writing you a check.

My reports will stay and nothing is ever really over when you have unhappy customers who you retaliate against for telling the world what was done to them. calling names , calling us you people, bashing and so on. Its amazing.

STAY TUNED FOLKS 100 PAGES OF THINGS THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR, STATEMENTS FROM SHOPS AND OTHER CUSTOMER AS WELL AS THE ILLINOIS FRAUD DEPARTMENT. SHOP BILLS IN TOTAL TO DATE 6000.00

BROKE PEOPLE WITH NO CREDIT DONT PAY BILLS ON TIME AND DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS A VALUABLE CUSTOMER NEED TO STICK TOGETHER.:) FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT. I MAY NOT GET ANY APOLOGIES I WONT GET ANY ONE TO ADMIT FAULT OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY BUT I WILL KEEP SPREADING THE WORD. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

that is great to see.. but too bad she had to go thru all that fighting tooth and nail and back you into a corner to  get it resolved and even though she is your customer and may have little or no credit and according to ken is a person that needs to grow up since she was forced to go to a dealer like yours.. she went all those months wit no vehicle and still made on time payments. guess ken might say she is just an exception since anyone that goes to ur dealership can be counted on to not pay their bills! at least you werent insulting AGAIN. thanks we all appreciate that. and jst fyi u might want to look up privacy laws before you share a private email in a public forum and expose someones full name work and contact info.. hope this louisa dont take action.cz i sure would... again props for stepping up to resolve it. just too bad she had to force  you too. it would be great if ur company took the initiative thats all. Thank You all for all Your Continued communication and support and cooperation. thank you Easy Finance for sending a check, Thanks to Ron Carter and his Team i was able to pick up my car on Monday which was earlier then expected. They test drove the car to assure that all was ok i was also explained that i have any ISSUES to please let them know right away. The warranty of the motor was also explained. i had the priveledge of meeting Mr. Carter in person and it was a pleasure speaking with him. this was a very unfortunate incident and words can not express my gratitude to all who made getting my car back possible. It has been a long 8months. i am glad to say that the truck is doing well and i would continue to work with Mr. Carter and his Team in the future. The Warranty Company has been great and i appreciate all they have done from from beginning to end, Mr. Ligocki a special thanks to you for serving as a liaison for all parties. i know ken IS part of this dealer. say what u will. "jim" "john" "paul" or whoever might b next.. all of your reasoning for bad credit, not oaying bills.. whatever like i said before has no bearing on doing "good business" or being "trust worthy peoole" have a happy day.. n fyi all ur degrading posts representing this dealer are being shared on facebook and youtube.. so pleasr keeo giving me more... im getting more people coming forward n the word is spreading with each deragatory rebuttle so thanks.. keep em coming :)  have happy day! asalaam alaikum! "jim" i know u and "ken" are part if this dealership so if u want to defend ur business fine just stop lying and pretending u all are perfect... like i said in my report the people at easy finance auto dnt own up to any of their misgivings. yes there was a warrany involved, but that is NOT the point. u and ken are saying people wit shitty credit deserve s****y cars n s****y cusomer care and nothing is the fault of the dealer... but u happily take their money!. thanks for showing the public how easy finance auto views their customers. the POINT IS EASY FINANCE AUTO SELLS S****Y CARS. THEY SELL LEMONS!!!! THAT IS A FACT!!

if u want to rebuttal and prove me wong.. then look up the lemon law and take off each car on ur lot that u honestly know you would not buy for your family and see how many vehicles u have left to sell...then when ur done with that go thru ur list of years of customers and let me know how many ever didnt complain before 30 days n went back as repeat customrs this is a private challenge for this business.. you will come back and lie so no need to reply.

its for the people of that dealer to actually SEE the big pictur,instead of making excuses and shrugging off one unsatisfied customer at a time. view them all as a whole. do and say what u will.. actions speak louder than words, and instead of recignizing my disappointment in ur business and acknowledging the issue you both insist that its my fault and i got what i deserved. if you were upstanding moral person you could just say "sorry u feel that way and what can we do to change"  insha allah i hope u open ur hearts to change and do  more honest dealings and just do ur best to make things right when or IF you are in the wrong instead of pushing blame on a custumers credit,

financing, or warrenty issues or as "ken" and insulting ur customers, n people who have bad credit personally.dnt bit the hand that feeds u!  just be honest.you are all making  yourselves took worse and prove my report right about the kind of people are at easy finance auto every time you make excuses to discredit my complaint. Insha Allah you will have success but i fear not for much longer if you dont change your ways. i respect your oppinion although that is not the point.. i wish for you all to respect mine as im not a bully pulling my oppinion out of thin air.. its for a reason. I See Ken Has Hit The Nail On The Head...How Do I Know That???

That dealer is a SUBPRIME dealership otherwise you would have gone to a better dealership and have received lower rate bank financing.  Did you buy this car with a warranty or "as-is".  You would have received a disclosure statement which told you either you have said warranty or it was an "AS IS" purchase.  If the "AS IS" box was checked, then there would have been a few sentences explaining that all repair costs are YOUR responsibility.  If you bought this "AS IS" then why would you think you are ENTITLED to free warranty service?

Ken hit the nail exactly and squarely on the head, didn't he?  You have no intelligent rebuttal to his response so you reverted to the old, immature "you must work for them" excuse.  You aren't the first to do that and you certainly aren't the first to look like a fool in so doing.  Let me save you the trouble because you won't like my response either...

I don't work for them or any other car dealer.  There is no assumption of anything here.  YOU are with a SUBPRIME dealership.  Anybody who has to use a SUBPRIME dealership does so because they have a documented and verified reputation for not paying their bills on time.  Again, I don't work for them.  But if it makes you feel good, go ahead and say I do!

seems like u have taken my statment, opinion and experience personal. hmn i wonder why... the report i made has nothing to do with growing up or making mistakes. you dont know my situation and i dont know yours so dont ASSume. the issue is not the financing nor the payments. the point of the report is to let the public know that this dealer is fraudulant and dishonest. based on ur response seeming personal and not addressing the issue i could assume u are associated with this dealer.... but i wont ASSume like u. i am of better moral character than u. seems like your the one who needs to grow up. bt thanks for your pointless feedback. i wont be explaining myself to u... so feel free to cast ur oppinion but ur words have already been proven useless. so write what u will its a free country. but i know my nonresponse will get to u more than anything. have a good life" ken" n hope u become less of an offensive person in ur future. i stand by my initial report.  these companies know that their customers will likely repeat their past bad credit mistakes and they'll have to take action to protect their interests.  Sure you pay more and get less, but you sure are a big part of this action.  Try to grow up and act responsibly.
