Some new product that was a berry that a drink was to be made from. I do not want to be a snake oil salesman. I asked for the money to be returned within the 30 day refund period. No response.

John if you received NO reply- contact the FTC online and file a long complaint explaining what was sent to you and why your responded the amount of funds you paid and requested back- how long ago you requested it and the marketers response to you in detail. Were you persuaded in anyway to pay a larger amount upfront? if so how much?
Did you look this company up online under his name ? did you know you listed his HOME Address lolol so he probably works out of his home. Good job!
