I have created my own report but want to confirm this report as completely accurate.  This guy has scammed 3 of my friends in a total sum of over $15000.00 for rare English and French Bulldogs.  Once you wire the money directly to his bank account, which he makes you feel ok about because you have all his personal information, he pretends for months that he is shipping you your puppies and people have even waited around the airport for puppies that never come.  Then he makes more excuses.  He steals your money and leaves you high and dry.
