Fireside Cash Internet Scam unknown state

I was looking for a payday loan. I was told by the salesperson at Fireside Cash that I could make partial payments but that if I did not contact them by may pay date they would deduct $120.00 from my checking account. They have now taken out $240.00 and my principal balance has not changed. After the fact I was able to log in to view the so-called contract; to get a $400 loan, the total I'd have to pay is $2,200! I contacted them to make a partial payment but they only allow a one-time reduced payment of $60.00. ALL fees are paid before my payments will even touch the principal amount. I believe this must be illegal based on usury laws.
