first bank and trust/ bank easy mike wiltrout mike wiltrom charged us a late fee on last payment -we had auto-pay Cambridge Minnesota

had a small four year loan through peoples bank. first bank and trust merged with peoples bank last auto pay installment did not go through it was 3.00 dollars less than std. payment ,would not return calls would not be at bank when we went there-so we payed a 14.00 LATE FEE.and had to write a personal check only. Very rude people .even tellers .the bank was dirty inside and customers  leaving were not happy' done with this finanacial institution' we have never missed a payment.
