Internet Alert: First Morgan Finance - Unknown in Washington

First Morgan Finance advertises on the Internet claiming to provide personal, home, auto, small business, educational, vacation, special purchase and debt consolidation loans. Prior to approving the loan, the company asks for financial information and proof of identification such as monthly income, employer name, contact number and social security number. This appears to be another advance fee loan scam.

Neither the Washington State Department of Revenue nor the Office of the Secretary of State shows that First Morgan Finance is authorized to do business in Washington State. The company is not licensed by the Department of Financial Institutions to make loans in Washington. The website lists an address at 1111 East Madison Street, Seattle, Washington. The property manager and the owner of this location confirmed that no tenant by that name exists. First Morgan Finance does not appear to have any presence in Washington.

Victims should report their experiences to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov.

And to whom who can't get their "scam" to appear legitamate to say the least, I find it funny that as to all the rebuttals that you have replied towards Tommy, you obviously have nothing to say to the other two parties, Joy and Jennifer, which they also claim that your "so-called" corporation is a complete fraud. Maybe it's because your animosity is only drawn towards Tommy (the victim of your frivilous bulls*** company) actually had the balls to make a complaint and call your lame a*s company out. Where do you guys work out of ... both your mama's basement??? I've conducted a diligent search of your corporation through the Washington Secretary of State's Web site, including other national resources, and was unable to find a corporation titled "First Solutions International" and "First Morgan Finance."

I'm telling you "Joan," "Charles," "Jerome," and supposedly "Tommy," GO SUCK A !!! And please be prepared for a suit to be filed against not only your corporation but all entities/individuals involved with the corporation for the following alleged claims: FRAUD, SLANDER, UNCLEAN HANDS ... many more to be incorporated once litigation is initiated. "Night-Night ... Keep your butthole tight" while you're crying like a couple of BITCHES in prison.

Hello. I used to work for this Mr.Bounheuang.

He is the owner and he is using this site to put his customers on a goose chase. His latest post titled "I'm mad" was his latest attempt to make you all think he has nothing to do with it. He is simply posing as a burned customer when all the while he never was one. He was the one doing the ripping off. I quit when I learned what him and his associates (which I reported to) were up to.

She simply used her husbands e-mail which is why it does not say her name at the end of her letter. What's sadder is that her husband shares the same name as this guy! I can't proved it's you guys that made does false comments and gave my name, address and phone to consumer. That's fine with me, because I know that I'm not the owner of any kind of this business. I'm a consumer who was promised and had hope to get a loan from those company like everybody else to paid off there debts.

Why would I lied or give false information about First Morgan Finance.

When my wife apply for a loan with First Morgan Finance for me on there web site. The next day she called me and told me that I was approved for the loan and she told me that I have to put a security deposit for the loan, because the security deposit was for if you are late on your payment or lose your job. The security deposit will paid for you late payment or paid off your loan, if you lose your job.

Right, then I knew this company First Morgan Finance sound similar like Financial Solutions International. So, I asked my wife to give me the First Morgan Finance web site. When I went to First Morgan Finance web site. There web site look the same as Financial Solutions International, but the only thing that is different is there informaiton about there company history.

So I did my own investigation on First Morgan Finance. I called First Morgan Finance to find out if this company has the same person as Financial Solutions International.

When some one pick up the phone at First Morgan Finance it was the same guy voice who was at Financial Solutions International, but I can 't proved it.

I told him that I'm at his web site and I wanted to asked one question about his company.

I called the city of Seattle and asked them to tranfer me to the Business License and Permit Department. I asked them to look up a company for me. I gave them the company name, address and phone number.

The City of Seattle told me that. There is no such company name at this address.

If any consumer wants to checked for them self. Here is the phone number of the City of Seattle 1-206-684-2489 and asked them to tranfer to you to the Business License and Permit Department.

I'm very mad for them to put my name, address and phone number to the public. In your comment you First Morgan Finance to going to started a legal proceedings against me. I should be the one who is pressing legal action against you.

Hi. This is Joan, and I just got the funds I applied for from First Morgan. I also know 5 other people that got their funds also. I must report that this company was very professional and prompt. I now have the funds I needed and have paid my bills.

I called First Morgan to mention this notice and have been told that they've found the owner of this Solutions Company that they're being accused of. They've started legal proceedings against him. Here is his info for you all.

It's the same company and same guy. They open a new web site with a fake company name, but have the same application, loan and information about there company. They change some information on the First Morgan Finance web site. So the information won't look like there old web site (Financial Solutions International). I called the city of Seattle and asked them to tranfer me to the Business License Department. I asked them if they can look up a business company for me. I called the new number Tommy gave and it is the exact same guy. I go, "yeah hi I was just wondering what happened to Financial Solutions because I know that this is the same company" and he goes "I have never heard of that company you must be mistaken ma'am" and I go "oh ok then I want my security deposit back" and he threatened to sue me for harassment on things that he knew nothing about.
