I was called by this Company and offered a credit card with a credit amount of $7000.00 at a low interest rate with a one time fee of $221.95 that was taken automatically from my bank account.

When I didn't receive the card in the time it was suppose to take, I called their customer service number and was not able to get through. Several times I waited on the phone for over an hour.I am afraid that I was scammed. What do I do now?
