Gaurdian Student Aid offerd to reduce student loan payments new york city Nationwide

I used this company to help me reduce my student loan payments. The charge for the service was 700.00 dollars paid in installments. first payment was 15.00 the next was 1370.50 and so on adding up to the full amount of 700.00 dallors. I may have made a mistake of waiting to long to try and contact them but when I did both numbers on the information they sent and on the web sight are both disconnected.I feel one should be able to contact them in reference to the service provided but was not successful. So now I feel I have been ripped off and now filing this report.
