George P Fenwick, came into my office, signed a contract with me to do some work for him. And he didn't pay! He's a sleezy crook. Whatever you do...STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY, HE WILL RIP YOU OFF IN A HEARTBEAT!
He is a cheap fly by night operator. Avoid at all costs, Or you will be out funds like I am.

Clarification: The stamements made in the report are the opinon of the author. The statemets in this report are based on my experiience and interpretation of dealing with the company and person mentioned. A person who asks you to call him back to discuss his invoice, then hangs up when he calls. Asks you to send his invoice again, and never responds, and ultimately never pays his invoice has the appearance that the subject is a crook, dishonest, in financial trouble, and fly by night operator. He ripped me off after we did a lot of work for him, so it is my opionion he could do the same to you. These statements are my opinion only.

I should be clear..It certainly "appears" like he is in Financial trouble...the way he avoids paying his bills.
