This Lender Eric Depp from what i have been told was fired from other companies and does not know what he is doing.We applied for a loan and he said our loan was approved and spent weeks getting him our paperwork and then kept asking for the same documents over and over and eventually our loan was denied and cost the sellers and including me the money we put down.this lender needs to have his license revoked as i have never met such an idiot.DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.You have been WARNED!!!

The loan closed on July 25th so not sure why a complaint needed to be filed. The loan was very difficult and the mere fact that it closed is a testiment to myself and my staff. I've never been fired from any job unless you want to go back to my part time job in High School. I cant believe I even have to write this post.
