The site advertised a "hot deal" in Charlotte, NC, claiming it was a 3 star hotel and that the price of the hotel room was $79/night at other sites. After completing the transaction, I found that it was a 2 1/2 star hotel at other sites and the maximum rate charged at any site, including the hotel's own web site, was $69/night. The customer service rep made excuses but would not refund my money.

I told the rep that I would not do any more business with them.

Let the buyer beware!
