He charged a huge amount down big payment to sell semi buy here pay here I bought a yellow flat top Pete advertised as a rebuilt motor the frame was one yr the motor another and body another he also sells with a word of mouth guarantee. I took semi and followed the law as far as registered Ifta Kyu ect truck ran 15 days and blew up I called and he refused to repair then he repo before payment was due . it is illegal for him to sell as buy here pay here for commercial vehicle in state of IN bit on his ads it says plainly lease purchase Buy Here Pay here on all of his ads.. And I have papers to back it up.. He cost us our livelyhood

I am from Indiana. I see no law on the books that states that this is illegal. Buy Here Pay here is legal on commercial vehicles. Please provide IC code. You can not as there is not one.
