I see I am not the only one ripped off by these people! I ordered
Zoloft on January 12, 2004 and my credit card was charged $107.00. To this date, no medicine & after numerous phone calls which go to a full mailbox, one call that went through February 2, 2004 during which I was promised a refund within 5 days, unanswered emails & unanswered voice mails - I have nothing from this company. The person who promised the refund said that the shipment of my meds was held up due to customs. I guess the next step is to contact the Attorney General about this fraud????

sure hope you get your money back from this online company that ripped you off

Dorothy, I am so sorry to hear you got ripped off by this online company. I know this is becoming quite a common thing for people who try to order medicine online.

May I suggest another option for you to try? I'm guessing since you ordered the Zoloft online, that you don't have a doctor you see on a regular basis. I know my doctor, a local Osteopath (D.O.), would charge around 70 to 80 dollars for a first visit. After that, each visit is 30 to 40 dollars.

A 30 day supply of Zoloft, 50 mg., would cost you about 88 dollars to fill at any of the major pharmacies in the Phoenix area. SafeWay, Osco, or Walgreens. (I just called a pharmacy and asked to get the price of the meds.)

For a little more than what you paid to get the medicine online, you could see a real doctor in person and have him write you a prescription for Zoloft. My doctor never requires I see him each month for a medicine I'm going to be on for some time. He gives me refills or the pharmacy faxes him advising him I need a refill and his office faxes them back and O.K.'s it. It's much cheaper in the long run to get established with a local doctor and have him maintain your medicine.

If you do have a doctor and he just isn't listening to you, FIRE HIM! Doctors work for us, *we* pay them. Don't keep seeing a doctor who has a 'god complex', they won't help you. Find one that has compassion and who listens to you.

I sure hope you get your money back from this online company that ripped you off.
