Inmar offered a rebate of up t $3 per bottle of Yellow Tail wine purhcased at Albertson's. The coupon and receipt were sent in the day of the purchase. Months later I get a postcard saying 'Submission Received After Offer Expiration Date'. Either Inmar sits on the rebate requests on purpose to delay the request after the filing date, or they are not organized enough to process the request on time. Either way, what was supposed to be wine at a decent price winds up being wine at a high price. Albertson's, Yellow Tail, and Inmar are co-conspirators in this, and the clear winners. The consumer is the loser.
