Instant Medical Care In network UHC facility overcharging its patients and never refunding them Fort Lauderdale Florida
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This facility is "in network" under my plan for United Health Care. Yet they charge me the full cash amount of the visit up front before any services rendered. I was charged $300 and was told to claim it myself with UHC becuase they are claim they are not "in network". Only to be told afterwards and confirmed by UHC and they are in fact IN NETWORK and I should have only been charged $40. I still have yet to get any refund or communication back from them. After numerous attempts to speak to billing or the owner by myself or even by UHC, only to no avail.
