Julius M Tanzo of Anaheim Ca is a know scam artist. He has ripped off a lot of people with his far fetched stories of opportunities, deals for "connections in the industry", and sob stories.. He's very pathetic. He has no remorse because he's a cronic liar.

Lost a lot of money to his scams.

It seems that "NEVER AGAIN", through his actions here on rip off report has attempted to use rip off report as a site to try to collect a debt.   There are laws that prevent someone from doing this.  California has specific LAWS regulating what someone can, and CANNOT DO to try to collect a debt.

It is a detailed sheet on what a collector can do, and cannot do.  One of the big rules is that the collector can call someone to try to attempt to locate someone, but he/she is not allowed to discuss the debt with a uninterested 3rd party.

Never Again discussed that debt with me, and you, and about 1,000,000 others, so he is in violation of California Law.

I will soon have the information I need to contact this renter, and will be sending him this publication.  So again I say to Never again, BE WARNED!!!!!

And perhaps you should stop giving advice, as it is quite apparent you have not got a clue when it comes to bill collections.  I used to collect debts for 20 years for a living.

    I suggest you pay no attention to Iamgood's bizarre claim.   If someone writes you a bad check, there is no law that says you have to keep it to yourself.  In fact, many establishments post their bad checks near the cash register for all to see. 

   The bogus check is itself evidence that what you say is true, so there is no case for libel.

   As for Iamgood advising anyone to sue, the person would be ill advised to take legal advice from someone who so obviously does not know the law.

We dont know your real name, but we sure know all bout Julius M Tanzo, and how he wrote you a  bad check with closed checking account in  Anaheim California for his rent.

You realize that this is a BIG BIG NO NO.  This mistake you just made is going to cost you a lot of money.  Perhaps free rent, perhaps several thousand dollars to Julius M Tanzo, in damages for the embarressment you caused him.

If you want to collect, you simply should have evicted him , but no, you decided to embarress him as well.

You are not allowed to reveal to any one other than the person who owes you money, ANY DETAILS of the debt, but you chose to ignore this requirement.  BIG MISTAKE!!!!  BIG, HUGE!!!

It should not be hard to contact Julius M Tanzo in Anaheim California, I am sure his number is listed, or I can find him in facebook, but when I locate him, I am going to advise him to SUE YOU!!!!  

It is people like you who collect debts , who try to use bullying and intimidation to collect, instead of going through legal channels, and there are remedies for Julius M Tanzo to take to ensure you dont make this mistake again.

I am doing this to teach you a lesson on how to properly collect a debt.  So if I were you I would prepare to be getting a phone call from a Lawyer Representing Julius M Tanzo, asking to settle out of court, and paying several thousands in damages, and attorney fees.

Be more careful next time, this time is too late, you will be repremanded by the Courts.  Who knows the next rip off report may come from Julius M Tanzo complaining how you used intimidation, and bullying to collect a debt.
