After ordering PdaNet for iphone and never receiving a link to download the product I sent multiple emails for support. All I received back were auto-responses to click on a link in which I was prompted to fill out my email addy and order number upon which it routed me to a general questions page that was no help at all. After two weeks of getting these automated responses I realized that my $16 was lost to these criminals. There is no recourse on their website to contact a human or resolve issues effectively. Don't order anything from these crooks. I'm sure there will be an honest company along soon that will have a tethering solution for the iphone.
