With all the bad publicity this company has gottent about their treatment of the customer who posted here on Ripoff Reports, it has probably cost them a LOT more than the $3,500 they are going after them for.

OK, Klear - Gear - come after me. I have never been to your web site and never will, so your silly threat about saying nasty things about you doesn't apply to me. But... you are still a bunch of jerks who really shot yourselves in the foot with this OUTRAGEOUS ACT.
