luzerne county cys in pa. stole my kids with nothing founded against me at all. they did not follow proper rules and vilated my rights. never got a chance to go to family services. my kids gone for 4 years now i have no idea where there at.. please help. they walked in to my life and just took my kids from me.. i am a loving father and miss my kids badly.
