They could at least make an effort to appear legitimate, the summons that was served was an absolute joke. It was an extremely bad copy with the case # hand written in along with a signature from a judge that is not found anywhere on the internet, dated in Jan...it is the end of June at present.

I received a summons from Johnson Mark LLC in Phoenix Arizona with my name and address on it. I called the court that filed the summons and they said it wasn’t filed against me but for my ex-wife and they sent it to me because my address was the most likely of the location of her, which it isn’t. We’ve been divorced for five years. (I have the recorded message from the court).

I contacted the court again to request the summons they had on file. I received the summons and it was a totally different summons, which was never sent to me. I sent my answer to the court to let them know of their practices. They attempted to bully me in paying this debt that wasn’t mine. They are thieves and liars!
