Don't hire Matthew Fehling.  He was is complete disaster as head of the Phoenix office of the BBB.   No matter what he does this organization allows him to continue un checked. 

My daughter was walking on the side of the road.  He asked her for directions and when she stepped up to his car my daughter was disgusted to see what he was doing in the front seat of his car! 

Can someone please catch this guy!
