I've been charged 20 times by Mega Midwest Ins and don't have any record of signing up for a policy. I called them last June and requested my policy be terminated and my premiums returned but nothing happened. I rarely get a chance to check every transaction on my monthly statement and have had no luck recently trying to contact MMI. Thank you.
