Michael Fuqua answered an add I had placed online looking for someone to design and host a blogging website. He gave me examples of work that I later learned were not his own. He double charged me for the initial deposit and disappeared when I wanted him to show progress. Jerked me around for about two weeks before he stopped answering calls and emails.
