microsoft is the worst company when it comes down to customer sopport they dont know that the customer is always right they hang up when you ask for a supervisor or a coporate number they make fraudulate charges to credit cards and when you call them they say that theres nothing they can do to help you and to take your problems to your bank so if you are thinking on getting an xbox360 game console please think it twice since ive been dealing with this drama since i got the system.
