I was approached by Mark Williams about purchasing my business from an ad I ran on Craigslist. He told his partner Mike Troyan could get me a loan. I met with Mike he said he could get me a private placement loan. Upfront fees were $2500 I paid. Then 3 wks later Mike sends me a contract requesting $3200 more and giving me 8 hrs to sign contract before it voided. I refused and Mike and Mark stopped responding to me.
