Netherweb has gone completely downhill. I signed up 1 site 1 year ago, and then signed up another site. I have a problem and have not had replies for over 1 week now to any contact method. I paid my annual fee recently, and not getting any support for an FTP problem. My sites are frozen because of the FTP problem, and there is no support available. I noticed that they are now banned from the BBB for failure to reply to complaints.
