Beware art gallery owners/partners Nye & Brown business practices! Following a consignment of a vaulable art piece both partners Tim Nye and Lexi Brown have not returned the piece or paid for it and have stoppped returning calls and email.
I am now forced into litigation and my property is considered stolen.

I withdraw my previous post regarding Nyehaus, Nye & Brown and Lexi Brown. This situation was the result of a misunderstanding between the parties and has just been resolved to my satisfaction.
