I worked for James Dela Garza Ocean to Ocean for four months. Within those four months four of my checks had bounced including my last one. Not including three other employees as well. The owners of some of the stores are still trying to get them to pay for the bounced checks. They just write checks from different acounts with no money in them so when their employees cash them they bounce. Never have I worked for a company or individual that does this. Some of the stores are trying to get them to pay the checks that have bounced but they wont.

Today on 6/13/14 I went into office to try and collect my payroll check from James Delagarza and he refused to pay me what was owed to me for the past two weeks. He said he was going to keep it for rent. This company and owner are scam artists and rip off artists. I had to file a wage claim today on them because he refused to pay me for two weeks of pay. Something needs done to prevent this company from getting away with this. They have done it to several employees since I have worked for them. They write out checks that bounce when you cash them and dont pay back the fees owed. I just hope that other people dont get involved with him because he will do the same to them. I am going to have to take legal action against them now.
