I had opex carrier 4 years ago, then discontinued it and paid in full. Got bill from opex for less than $5.00.

Premiercom bill collectors sent letter saying they will report my credit unless i pay them $19.10. They have reported me already.
Opex must be paying premier collections for money I don't even know about because that bill has been paid at least 4 years ago
Do not even have to sign contract because they can ruin your credit without a contract too and even if you already paid the bill and their records leave much to be desired
