I purchased an extended warranty for my AC units and they come out every 6 months for a check up. The cost of the checkup is $55. Today, found a plastic connector needed replaced. The technician told me it was no big deal and I figured it couldn't have cost more than $10, got the bill and the toal was $296. So the connector cost $241. If you chose to use this company, and I would advise against it. BEWARE... RIPOFF.
