This company advertised on popular radio stations, promising an all natural substance that you put under your tongue to help sexual problems. Well it did not work for us. And the company sent me a second package before the 14 day cancellation period. I sent the package back, but am now stuck with a charge of $48.00. Plus, they sign you up for a value plus, whatever that is, and promise to send you a $25. gas card & $25. Walmart card just for looking at the value plus brochure. They sent brochure, but no cards. I was able to get these 2 items refunded, but not the $48. for the un-ordered viapren.
I suggest nobody do any business with this company.

The preferred customer program for viapren starts 10 days from the day of your order, NOT 14 days. You receive a 14 day trial period for Value Plus and a 30 day trial period to Vacation Passport starting the day you order. As stated on your phone call you get to CLAIM the gift cards...
As far as the product not working for you... well NOTHING is going to work for EVERYONE!!
FYI when you order something over the phone... PAY ATTENTION!!
