Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Purchased multiple sets of business cards. One set was printed 15 degrees off center. Since these were drop shipped from a 3rd party puma prints didn't not quality control them. my request for a refund was ignored.
beware. better off going with a known internet brand than someone outsourcing the printing work.

Buyer was offered a full reprint of the cards at no charge to correct the issue, but the buyer refused, saying he would just throw them away because he didn't want them anymore. Buyer filed a claim through Paypal. This 3rd party mediator (Paypal) decided the case in my favor based on this evidence.
Buyer seemed very bitter through the whole process as I tried to explain the situation and offer him a reprint. I'm sorry you don't understand business practices very well, best of luck to you Steve.
