Questia Media Questia refuses to cancel my account. They provide a continuous loop by forcing people to call and cancel at the so called time of renewal. They do not allow a person to sign up for one year they claim. Houston Texas

Questia refuses to cancel a subscription I made of line several years ago. They make no provision for yearly renewals. They consider all of the subscriptions perpetual and make it very, very difficult to cancel an order. I noticed a charge on my bill and immediately called Discover to cancel the charge. They cancelled the charge, notified Questia and Questia sent them documentation of their unfair perpetual subscription. I do not recall agreeing to continue an account indefinitely. This is an unfair practice and Questia nor Credit companies should be allowed to offer accounts that never end.

What can I do to remedy this situation.

Thanks You

Calling you credit card company to dispute a charge does not cancel an account. It only puts the charges in question in a dispute with the company. Also next to EVERY charge is the number to call Questia if there are any questions about the charge or account.
