I hired Vazquez and contracted with him to re do my cement driveway after accepting his written bid to do so. He had advertised with flyers in my nieghborhood. I gave him a 1500.00 deposit on a 6800.00 job. Work was to have begun on May 10th. He never showed up. Daily calls demanding a refund of my deposit have gotten me nothing more than broken promises.
