I am very unhappy that your site decided to post this nonsense.  I and my company Restaurants Express take customer service very seriously, and this post on your site is totally fasle and slanderous!  I believe this post is a payback for a post for a CBM financial and Christopher Munoz that I posted on your site earlier this year.  About 2-3 months ago Mr. Munoz order food from my company and paid us with a invalid check.  I tried to collect payment for our delivery and he never paid us so I created a report on your website detailing how his company is a front for fraud.  But I wasnt the only person doing so as I saw other posts from other companies saying he defrauded them aswell.  Now you might say that he was the person ordering, and it was his expierence he was detailing.  But The are numerous mistakes from that post.  Number one is we do not deliver to Laguna Hills.  Number two is I (Marcus Gensicke not Geasicke!)am the General Manager for the dispatch office and the person said he spoke with me at the call center.  I do not pick up phone calls for customer service, nor have I ever done that in my 6 years with this company.  Number three is that if you look us up on yelp we have numerous customers telling how great of a service we are and how we will go above and beyond the normal delivery service.  I believe this post is highly slanderous by Mr. Munoz, and or his company CBM financial because I posted his actions on not only your website, but his personal facebook, and his companies facebook about how he is cheating business out of their services.  I would be happy to talk on the phone about this matter with any one of your representitives at anytime, but I would like my name and of course this post removed from your website as soon as possible!  My number to my dispatch office is 714-255-9761 and you can reach me at anytime during the hours of 9 am to 1:00 pm
