Richard Peck ripoff rolled back mileage on automobile purchased Cumming Georgia

Purchased a 1994 Honda Civic from Mr. Peck, a mechanic at Alpharetta Auto Brokers in Cumming, GA. Mr. Peck rolled the odometer back approximately 50,000. I filed a report with the local sheriffs office, but have had no results. Attempted to have Mr. Peck buy back the auto, but he refused. The automobile ran for approximately six months and now needs a new motor. The automobile was sold to an unsuspecting teenager. This man has performed from what I have found to be an unlawful act.
