I received a Cashiers Check for $3900.00 and letter in the mail stating that I won the Consumer's Reward Lottery held on Mar 20, 2009. This was supposed to be a partial payment to pay the taxes on the supposed $39,000 winnings. The skeptic I am immediately Googled this Company to find nothing but this website and three other claims just like this one. I could only guess that they want to see where you deposit the check so they can get access to your account somehow. So beware and report it to your local authorities.
