Score Sense Credit report was to cost $1.00 but ended up costing $30.95. When I noticed the charge on my card I called them but was send an email saying I called to late. Don't know

Was told credit report would cost $1.00 but was charged $30.95. When I found the charge on my credit card I called and was later sent an email saying I called to late to get a refund. I was not aware that I would be joining something that would cost $29.95 a month.
