Shawn Jarvis opened an account with Summit Cocrete and did 3 different jobs which Summit Concrete supplied material for.

Shawn has totally ignored concrete bill. Will not return calls. We have spoken with home owners where work was done and they are not happy with Shawn either. They did pay him for his work but he will not pay Summit Concrete for the material we provided for him.
