Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Have received letters from Skye demanding payment for items refused at mail delivery since April 2005. Have responded with return letters 3 times where she states that I have not contacted her. Letter today states she is turning the $120.00 demand over to collection agency. Sent Registerd Mail today with another explanation about the failure of her company to stop sending us any further correspondence.
Have called twice and got voice mail each time.
My comment to her will be (if she ever returns call) that I am turning over all paperwork to the Attorney General of the State of Arkansas to be investigated as a Scam.

Correction. Company is located in Mass, Not Maine.
Called on 1/3/06 and left message.
Call returned today. Wife spoke to representative and informed her that she was operating a scam. Informed her that I had submitted three letters telling them the items shipped were refused, and returned to sender. Items shipped were never ordered by us. Alexander rep advised us that the account was closed this date.
Will keep paperwork to see if RMCB contacts us.
Do Not Do business with this firm or Sophia Moore or Wendy Carol. They are all in the same company that will rip you off!!!
