I too am a victim of the now bankrupt FCNB bank/Spiegel Credit Card. I have a credit card with them and have been incurring endless charges for expenses resulting in late payments/over the limit fees, etc. I have tried to rectify the situation on numerous occassions but to no success. I am now petrified to make a payment on this account for fear of wrongful payment application. Somebody please help us.
