Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I need to know how to stop these people. They have called me & sent me letters. I did call them back and demand that they stop calling me unless and until they could send me a confirmation or documentation of the "original" debt as I have been ripped off before. I have never received any such documentation. Now, they have started calling my neighbors. How embarassing - and I don't even know if it is a legitemate debt!!! If someone could just get their fax number or an email address so I can send a cease & desist order - I would appreciate it!

1. sent them a letter via certified mail requesting signature asking for verification of the debt
2. If they do not respond within 30 days, send them cease communications letter via certified mail requesting signature
Make copies of everything
I had to do this on advice from my Attorney
I sued a bottom feeder collection agency and won
Last count - they owed me and my attorney and have now been sanctioned by the Court for another $4050.00
