This company is blasting that they developed this product and the sole source to this product.  Not true...the product is a great product, but you are paying at least 50% more than you can buy it elsewhere for 1/2 your reseller cost.  The suggested retail price of $125.00 is off the going retail list price. They product is available for under $75 retail and you can still make a good profit.  I too was scammed into this only one source supplier.  If you are looking to invest and start your own business and want to compare pricing and products. Hit me up!

I am not the manufacturer, but a manufacturer rep. Make sure your manufacturer is atleast certified or members of one listed below.  Great turnkey program available.

THE ENTIRE FACTS OF THE MATTER

AUTHOR: Henry Tillman - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 28, 2015

In the United States, there is a procedure for alleged crimes. If someone believes they have been the victim of a crime, they 1. Report it to the police. 2. If the Police think there is any merit they submit it to the district attorney or states attorney general for prosecution. This is the procedure; you see in the United States a person is “Innocent until proven guilty”. Everything else is hearsay. The founders of our legal system set it up this way so people can’t just go around Libeling people and get away with it.

This person claims a “scam”, and mixes us up with another person, and mixes us up with many other companies; if true why not seek redress as afforded them by the law? Or if someone lost money, sue, get it back. If there truly is a scam, they should report it and take action, but he hasn’t, WHY? BECAUSE THERE IS NO SCAM! It’s very simple, and common online these days, someone is disgruntled and tries to hurt others, think of the mentality it takes to willfully try to harm others, THAT is who a “scammer” is!

A person who ignores a legal, binding contract they signed, misrepresents the product, is informed by the company that they have to correct it or they lose their authorized reseller status. They don’t, they are informed that they have lost their Authorized Reseller status and what do they do? Try to ruin it for everyone else.  So it’s “Put up or shut up”, do something legally or quit whining.

We also have remedies available to us, the laws have changed on internet Libel, and although we’ve given this person so much grace to do the right thing, I suppose now that the infomercial is coming up and everyone will prosper, and he’s left out, his anger is all the more kindled. Do you really think he cares about what’s right? This person WILL be sued for Libel. Look up the new online Libel laws. Our patience has run out, and we will demonstrably prove the falsehood. While he’s free to use gross metaphors and foul language, he is not allowed to commit fraud and lie about us. Every email we receive that says “Oh I saw a bad report about you”, the money that they were going to put in this person will pay by order of the court. We have been very gracious, but our patience has run out. Think about it, we have 350 plus resellers making a living, and he’s trying to ruin their livelihood, he’s going to be paying to the end of his life. By the way a Patent Pending document never has a seal on it, only a full Patent.

So our nationwide infomercial will start soon, every major brand has many more complaints of this nature than us, that is why I suppose they changed the Libel laws. But Sublime Instant Lift, and Sublime Minerals WILL BE a brand name, a multi-million dollar infomercial will ensure incredible growth. This person is left out so wants to hurt everyone, that’s what 3 year olds do, they don’t like the way the game is going so they ruin it for everyone. Well don’t worry anyone, remember people will see the infomercial and CALL AND EMAIL. Retail stores are used to seeing tons of complaints on other companies so they see right through this non-sense.

And some corrections, we hired Michael Erickson, did a background check on him and contrary to what this individual says he has a stellar background. Also no we don’t have a “$99.00 Office”, we have a physical, legal location that many have visited, so if anyone has a dispute, file with the authorities. We have over 350 extremely excited authorized resellers, many of whom we’ve met, and who can’t wait for us to be seen all over the television. We have much staff, Marcus, Henry, Lynn, Barry, I could go on and on but this is a bit ridiculous. Don’t you think an infomercial company would thoroughly check a company before investing tens of thousands of dollars in production? Likewise last I checked you have to have a legal corporation to get a bank account and merchant account.

Michael was registered at the 2014 IBS Trade Show in Las Vegas, the biggest of its kind, ask Renae and Julie how heavy the security is to get in, they scan your ID in order to get a name tag, some resellers who came couldn’t get in at first. It’s all ridiculous, but this is modern America, a scammer misrepresents a product contrary to their contract, and then try to go on and ruin it for others. So expect more, but don’t worry, we’ll take care of him.

So here is the challenge to this disgruntled reseller, if you have a real complaint, file a report with the Police, if not everyone knows your purpose. Also in this day and age, almost all companies have a guy like this, Google “Botox Scam”, you’ll see over a million hits. Look up attorney’s reviews, most, after their client loses write “He was a sexual deviant” or some nonsense. Most people these days know to ignore posts of this nature, it’s clear it’s lies from a disgruntled person, they realize people get their jollies, makes them feel important or something, I don’t know, to try to hurt others. So again the challenge, if there is a real scam going on, follow the proper channels set up for you by our laws! Do it, you say we are a scam, report us, we are certainly reporting you.

BUYER BEWARE

AUTHOR: MBoar - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, April 18, 2015

Same guy at it again. Sublime Instant Lift was marketed as Chemlift, Sculptese, Leeds Scientific, Dermalol by Michael James Sweaney who now goes under name Michael Erickson or Michael P Ryan. This pathetic guy has been doing the same scam for many years. As people find out who he is, he keeps changing company names & his name as well. He promises you a specific territory if you buy a certain amt of product from him but he will offer the exact same territory to anyone else who buys product from him.

He has been arrested in Nevada for fraud and there are Department of Revenue Judgement agains him in Washington.

In one of the rebuttals to the previous reports, “the employee” writes that the physical address of Omni is 1000 N West Street, STE. 1200, Wilmington, DE. 19801. Please Google it and find it to be the address of Regus Wilmington. If you Google Regus Willmington you will find that they provide Virtual Office Space at $99 per month which is just a glamorized p.o.box without a box. There is actually a Ripoff report of one of their former clients

ripoffreport.com/r/Regus-HQ-Delaware-Office/Wilmington-Delaware-19801/Regus-HQ-Delaware-Office-Regus-HQ-is-Big-Ripoff-and-very-unfair-in-their-billing-After-1097094

As you can see the just like Omni physical address is actually virtual office somewhere in Delaware, Mikes Erickson is a virtual representative of Michael J Sweanye. As I warned before, stay away if you do not want to lose your money.

POSTED: Sunday, April 06, 2014

Where can we find out more info or possibly visit Omni Research and Supply, Inc to see if they really are the company that manufactures this Sublime Instant Lift in the USA. Also, if this is such a breakthrough product that can compete with Botox then every major news media would want to cover this. I would like to know more about the company and this product before becoming a reseller.

False Complaint About Sublime Instant Lift

AUTHOR: Lynn Spivey - ()

POSTED: Thursday, April 03, 2014

As a pleased customer, and an authorized reseller of this truly effective product, I cannot understand this complaint about Omni Research and Supply, Inc. (Omni).  As evidenced by the last line of the complaint, “Hit me up!” it seems obvious that the author of the complaint is attempting to promote their own agenda through a very transparent effort at discrediting a reputable company and an outstanding product.

Omni Research & Supply Inc. is a multi-specialty health care company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing innovative and diverse products. As the manufacturer of Sublime Instant Lift (SIL), their goal is to introduce this “Face Lift In A Bottle” to a global audience.

Omni: holds the patent for this formulation 61/953,812*, operates efficiently (as many modern companies) do with multiple locations for specialized operations and distributes SIL through a world-wide network of authorized resellers. * A copy of the patent is available upon request from Omni.

The demand for anti-aging products is huge; people want products that work, right now, that are easy to use and that are affordable. That is exactly what they are getting with SIL because it is:

·         Proven to make the user look and feel younger in just 5 minutes.

·         Easy to explain, easy to try and easy to use.

·         An affordable alternative to, or addition to, other products and procedures, due to the fact that the user controls where and how often it is applied.

·         Guaranteed to work with a 100% No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee from Omni. Think about it, why would they offer such a guarantee? Because the product works.

The only way anyone can know how beautifully this product works is to try it themselves. Then decide.  That is exactly what Omni recommends and what I did personally. All of the people I have dealt with at Omni have been professional, supportive and truly committed to and excited about this product launch.

Rather than letting someone else’s sour grapes influence your decision, see for yourself. Reviews should be valid and deal with real issues, not just slanted arguments with a clear bias. Why miss out on a good thing? Judge the effectiveness of Sublime Instant Lift first hand, and then decide.

And by the way I personally think it is shameful when people can file a bogus complaint disparaging a company and when a person like me tries to address the "compaint" the reply is delayed - over a week now since my first attempted reply - and or isn't posted. How irrespsonsible of Rip Off Report. What are they really interested in, the truth? If so, they need to review their polices and put more safeguards in place to insure that only accurate information about a company is posted in the first place. And then do their review of the rebuttals in a more timely manner. This type of false information can hurt people's livelihood for no good reason. Shameful!

What's all the fuss about?

AUTHOR: Mak - ()

POSTED: Saturday, March 29, 2014

I've known of sublime instant lift for quite some time and they are legit.  As far as pricing is concerned I don't understand why someone having a product and selling at s price higher or lower than where you can find it is a rip off.

While I dont know or care about the debate on sourcing and ingredients it just seems like calling someone out on this is strange.  More self serving than buyer beware as far as I'm concerned.  It seems an obvious plug for your business and less about helping people out.

If you want more business then just advertise.  Don't smear some company's name just b/c you have a cheaper source and you think lot's of people are selling similar products.  If that was such poor business practice there'd be no competition, innovation, or free market.

It looks to me as if these people couldn’t make it, so they want to try to ruin it for everyone else.

It probably never occurred to them that a company can have a corporate headquarters in one place, a manufacturing plant somewhere else, and shipping in a third location, this is after all modern day business, many businesses are spread out not just over the country but world, and I know they manufacture in Los Angeles, I live here! Probably never occurred to them.

I’ve met the staff at Omni, they are wonderful people. I don’t think people are stupid enough to fall for an obvious “Sour Grapes” attempt.

ROR won't allow us to post the actual document as it is a third party government document.

The number is 61/953,812 and you can write in for the actual document.

Suit is still being filed against these individuals for slander, conflict of interest and other interesting things. They have found a good attorney in Texas, judges don't take these matters lightly.

We are a good company and give people a chance to rectify their errors, but when they post lies to hurt resellers we act very aggresively.
