Here's my story. On July 11, 2009 I ordered and WAS IMMEDIATELY BILLED for SuperMealRX. It was not then and never has been (1 month later) shipped to me. Over the course of 1 month I have called multiple times concerning this matter and have always been told "Tomorrow we'll send you a tracking number." Well tomorrow always came but the tracking number never did. I'm not sure that this product even exists!! I have called my credit card company to reverse the charges. Please don't waste your time or money with this company!!

First I was a consumer of Super Meal just after this complaint was filed. I started using Super Meal Rx, and it is a great product. However, there have been a few occasions when the company was extremely slow at sending the product out. They once said that the shipment could have been lost in the mail, so they shipped me out a new order. Recently, as the founder of RJ Merchants.com, we have just started carrying super meal rx. Super Meal Rx is no longer shipping to the public so they can focus on there product instead. Recently, I ran out of product, and an Amazon buyer had to wait 3 weeks for there order from me. During that time, I was in contact with the customer informing them of the situation.

I received the Super Meal RX today and used it immediately for breakfast. It is wonderful. Mixes easily into water, has a pleasant berry flavor, and I felt great after taking it. I look forward to future products from this company!

The president of the company called me. Apparently they have been going through an unexpected extremely fast -and seemingly difficult - growth and outsourcing of their shipping while integrating computer systems. I have a tracking number and should receive the product tomorrow which I honestly believe will be an excellent product. I do believe after speaking with her that she has integrity and wishes the very best for people. I also believe that I just happened to catch them at a vulnerable time. According to the president, these problems have been resolved and they are up to full speed on shipping.
