Terry Lamb Refuses to take no for answer.

I too have been a victim of Terry Lamb's continuous phone calls and emails.
I suggest that each and every victim, report him to the Federal Trade Commission.
I have received numerous phone calls, even though I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

But, he refuses to take no for an answer and calls us idiots. Therefore, I will continue to report each and every phone call to the FTC as a violation.I have repeatedly told him not to call back and to stop sending emails and filling up my inbox.

I have blocked his address, but somehow, by changing it a bit each time I believe, he gets the emails through.

Mr. Lamb, you refer to us as idiots but you don't have the sense to stop phoning and emailing.
We want nothing to do with you or anything you are selling.Leave us alone!!!!!!

As an email marketer, it's always amazing to me how little people really know about the word "spam" and essentially have crippled themselves labeling every email they don't want, forgot they signed up for or simply want to call SPAM without knowing what SPAM (unsolicited email) really is.

To save you the long explanation, the simple fact that an email is actually from the person sending it (i.e. not spoofed) and which gives the ability to opt-out from receiving any further emails is not SPAM assuming a few other items - and more importantly given that the sender has all of the consumers info such as address, IP address, phone, etc.

If you purchase anything on the internet, join any social group or generally give your details - it's your responsibility to read that websites terms of use and privacy policy which most certainly states that your information can be sold.

When it get's sold, you get emails. Sure, some are spam, however you cannot tell who they are "really" from and you cannot remove yourself from receiving more - YES that is spam. However...

I personally have never sent an email that wasn't actually from me, had my address, name, phone number and a simple method for opting out. If at that point you call it spam, you are simply wrong.

Does calling my legal email spam hurt me or you?

It hurts YOU in the end because you never take the time to discern between legitimate email and spam and I can almost guarantee that you don't receive emails that you really want simply because you never took the time to properly tag an email as spam before calling it spam and the computer then says - "oh, that's spam so I will stop delivering legitimate emails" - it's really that simple.

Is my business a scam?

No.

I make myself and my business totally transparent and I am almost always available via phone or email - unlike a spammer who you can't even contact because the email is fake.

In the end, you can't please the "idiots" of the world simply because they keep doing the same thing expecting a different outcome (calling every email spam is not the solution).

There are ways to take control of your email, I can't cover them here but you should take the time to figure it out. It's easy.

If you ever receive an email from me, call and we'll talk.
