On 7th October 2013 I ordered a Daenerys dress, received it on 27th November 2013. Not only was the product not dispatched until the 20th November, when promised by Halloween but the product is poorly made & it ill-fitting.

The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. 

 

In breach of contract I am rejecting the dress and request that a refund the sum paid to you of $120.
