DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS Store #4381 Gabriel (cashier), Erica Alvarez (store manager) According to the UPS tracking website, my package never left the store and the UPS store refused to show me the footage which showed the process of which my package was handled and shipped. I have reason to believe that the store stole my package Hollywood California

According to the UPS tracking website, my package never left the store. Several times times the store manager promised to show the store footage to me and each time they broke their promise. Even after filing a police report, which according to them was what I needed in order to view the footage, they still did not. The UPS store lied to me and it is very likely that they stole my package.

Package finally arrived to recipient after about 1 month of initial shipping date

Our package was not found in the 10 day investigation but it was finally delivered after about 1 month from the initial shipping date. Regardless, UPS still denied my right to view the surveillance footage and made me doubt their shipping and handling proceedures.
